認識自我身體 身體自主第一步

北一女中王姓護理老師在學生作業中要求圖繪個人外陰以便認識身體結構，引起軒然大波。
二十世紀婦女運動很重要的課題之一就是：「我們的身體，就是我們的自我」。
過去台灣的婦女運動團體在意識覺醒的營隊活動中就曾經鼓勵參加的女性成員用小鏡子觀看自我陰部，這也是一九六０、七０年代西方各國婦女運動的例行活動，有些團體並鼓勵成員彼此觀看以認識陰部的各種樣態。
這種集體的活動不但可以克服社會成見加諸女性身體的負面情緒（從羞澀畏懼到噁心討厭），是認識自我身體、強化身體主權意識的第一步，更是對抗社會性壓抑、性歧視的重要反制活動，從而開啟女人和自我身體的正面友好關係。
同樣的，這次事件中的護理老師有專業的知識，更有抗拒社會汙名的勇氣，理性開明的教導這些菁英女學生克服心理情緒障礙來認識自己的身體，對這些女學生未來的人生和性生活將會有極大的助益。在平時，這位老師坦然開朗不避諱的精神就已經具體示範了面對身體和性時最需要的平實心態，現在在各方壓力下，她仍然坦然面對眾多媒體，含淚強調要向學生示範「最好面對問題的方式就是面對壓力」，這種勇氣和敬業的展現實在令人欽佩。
然而一位不以為然的北一女學生竟然在媒體鏡頭前說，這樣認識自我身體的作業「不需要吧！有什麼問題就去問醫生啊！」菁英女學生輕鬆的把自己的身體知識權和主權讓渡給醫療專家，還對自身的無知完全沒有警覺。耕耘婦運多年、一再提醒要抗拒醫療霸權、掌握自我身體主權的婦女運動者豈不痛心疾首？
更可怕的是，竟有一些家長把傳統的性別成見及封閉心態，接合上此刻性恐慌氛圍中的非理性渲染，對前瞻式的教育理念進行檢舉和批判。這種閉塞的家長又怎能調教得出真正具有開闊心胸和競爭力的菁英呢？
家長是整體社會環境的產物。二十一世紀的全球趨勢都是正面看待身體，認識身體，而裸露的身體已經透過無數抗議行動、表演藝術、彩繪、自拍，不斷的開拓公共空間。反觀台灣，跟不上世界潮流的法律條文、司法觀念、社會氛圍、個體情緒都還在不斷以「保護」之名，行「閉塞」之實，截斷女性和自己身體做朋友的努力，聳動的媒體恐慌渲染更阻撓了個體實踐身體自主權的第一步。此刻，我們迫切需要的，正是更多的王老師。
